Visual Design and Publishing Board

The visual design and publishing team develops the formatting and layout of the journal using InDesign, and helps to gather assets for marketing material, the website, and the journal. For questions, email Rushi Patel.

Rushi is a sophomore studying Neuroscience. He is from Carmel, Indiana. Rushi is a member of the Wellman Lab, which focuses on the effects of stress on the brain. Rushi is also involved in Global Medical Brigades and is a member of the Alpha Chi Sigma chemistry fraternity. In his free time, Rushi likes to play basketball, catch up on all of the orgo 2 material he is behind on, and sleep for as long as his body physically lets him. 

Christine is a freshman from Carmel, IN who is majoring in Journalism and Psychology with a minor in Chemistry. She is currently involved in the Indiana Daily Student, News-Decoder, and Psychology Club.

Miriam is a sophomore hailing from Carmel, IN. She’s majoring in biochemistry and statistics and hopes to go to medical school after college. When she isn’t up all night doing problem sets, she likes to play with dogs, play the cello, and hang out with friends. She is also involved with IU Model U.N., Alpha Chi Sigma, and a brain evolution research lab.

Stephanie is a freshman from Carmel, IN, currently pursuing a degree in biology and neuroscience. Her research examines the kinetic activities of unconventional kinesin motors in a biochemistry lab, originally beginning with the IFLE program. Outside of research, she enjoys playing flute with two other flute-enthusiasts. In the future, she hopes to attend medical school.
