Muntu Munaf
Muntu is a sophomore from Fishers, IN studying Physics and Mathematics with a LAMP Honors Certificate. He is currently involved in particle physics research as an undergraduate. Outside of his involvement in IUJUR, Muntu is also a part of 180 Degrees Consulting and IU Student Government. In his free time, Muntu likes to film videos and play basketball.
Parmida Nazarloo
Parmida Nazarloo is a sophomore from Fishers, IN majoring in Human Biology with minors in Chemistry and Social Science & Medicine. Parmida is currently doing research on immune response and behavior which inspired her to join IUJUR and help other undergrads pursue their research careers. Parmida is also on a pre-medical track and enjoys volunteering for MedLife and the Minority Association for Pre-Medical Students. In her free time, Parmida enjoys visiting family and trying new foods.
Nadine Templeton
Nadine is a senior pursuing a B.S. in Cognitive Science. Before serving as Co-Editor-in-Chief, she was the Managing Editor and the Social Sciences SEB Chair. Outside of the journal, Nadine has done research in the cognitive science and neuroscience departments. She is also an intern for the Center of Excellence for Women & Technology, where she teaches 3D printing and design workshops. In her free time, she enjoys playing violin in the All-Campus Orchestra, running, and trying new food!
Max McCoy
Max is a junior from South Bend, IN. He is majoring in Chemistry and is involved in nanomaterial research with the Skrabalak Lab here at IU. Max also is an assistant researcher at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, focusing primarily on the applications of thromboelastography. Back home in South Bend, Max works as a cheese-monger's assistant at a local cheese shop!
McGuire Wolfe
McGuire is the Social Sciences Board Chair. He is from the panhandle of Florida and is studying biochemistry. He loves to race bikes domestically and in the Little 500 with his time outside of school. He plans to continue his education with graduate school after undergrad.
Ellie Harrison
Ellie is a senior majoring in art history and anthropology. Along with IUJUR, Ellie is involved in Writing Tutorial Services, works with the IU Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, and is a research assistant for a Ph.D. student in the Luddy School of Informatics. She hopes to eventually gain a Masters in Library Science and become an archivist or textile conservationist. This is Ellie's fourth year with IUJUR.
Muskaan Ramchandani
Muskaan Ramchandani is a senior from Carmel, IN studying Neuroscience and Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. Her experiences as an undergraduate research assistant has fueled her passion for science. She is currently glioblastoma, a grade IV brain cancer, and its impact on the tumor microenvironment in the brain. In addition to being the Co-Editor-in-Chief for IUJUR, Muskaan is also passionate about reducing barriers to access in healthcare. To further this interest, she works in an Emergency Department, volunteers with the Middle Way House, is the Director of Finance for Hutton Honors Council Association. In her spare time, Muskaan loves to travel, practice yoga, try new foods, and dance!
Calina He
Calina is a sophomore from Carmel, Indiana who is studying psychology and neuroscience. She is involved with Microbiology Club, IU Pre-Dental Society, and the LEAD Lab. Calina is also a CommUNITY Educator. She loves portrait photography, designing, and spending time with family and friends.
Rose Schnabel
Rose is a junior studying biology, Spanish, and science writing. You can find her stirring organic reactions with one hand while writing an editorial with the other. This is Rose's second year chairing OCC and they're grateful to do so alongside co-chair Raya and the whole OCC group.
Sourmya Gupta
Soumya is a senior from Carmel, IN and is currently double majoring in Psychology and Neuroscience. She is involved in MAPS and Timmy Global Health at IU. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and photography.
Raya Haghverdi
Raya is a junior from Bloomington, IN studying neuroscience and minoring in mathematics. She is a member of the Online Creative Content board, where she particularly enjoys writing articles about technology and society. In her free time, Raya enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and perfecting her barista skills.
