Kemal is a senior majoring in economics and sociology. He is from South Bend, IN. He is working on an economics honors thesis which measures the effect of union membership for workers in Indonesia and a sociology honors thesis which investigates whether the recent convergence in global manufacturing has led to a convergence in living standards. In his free time, Kemal enjoys sewing, reading, and listening to music.

Jassen is a senior from Saratoga, California. He is double majoring in sociology and economics with minors in Chinese and Math. Outside of IUJUR, he is also on the IU swim and dive team. In his free time, he enjoys reading and cooking.
Taylor is a freshman from Birmingham, AL, but attended high school in Chattanooga, TN. She aims to complete a degree in Psychology & Criminal Justice BS through the College of Arts and Sciences at IU with a goal of becoming a forensic psychologist. She is currently a research assistant for two IU labs, the Comparative Cognition (Crystal) Lab and Michael's Lab on campus. Outside of research, Taylor enjoys anything outdoors and IUOA!
Alejandra is a freshman international student from Mexico. She is pursuing a degree in Biotechnology with a possible minor in Environmental Science and Health. She aspires to attend graduate school and become a researcher in the future.
Olivia Balbo is a current sophmore here at IU from Munster Indiana. Olivia is working to get her bachelors of public health in epidemiology and is currently working on a bio-statistical research project.
Komal is a junior from South Bend, IN. She is double majoring in Biochemistry and Political Science/Economics, with a minor in Spanish. Outside of the journal, Komal is involved with student organizations like Women in Economics and the Med Poets Society, and works as a CommUnity Educator in the residence halls. Currently, she is working on a research project alongside Dr. William Bianco, studying the distribution and county-level impact of COVID-19 relief funds during the pandemic. In her free time, Komal enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends!
Lily is a sophomore currently pursuing majors in Economics, Psychology and Mathematics. She has previously helped with research in behavioral economics and currently is a research assistant in the Nozari Language Lab. Outside of academics, she enjoys trying new foods and hiking with her dog.
