The Social Sciences Editorial Board reads and reviews submissions in a variety of disciplines focusing on the study of people and societies. It helps determine which papers in these fields are published and advises prospective authors in the social sciences. Contact Grant Newman with questions.

Charlie Belanger is a Psychology major with a Social Science and Medicine minor, and his professional goals for the future are to become a territory manager in pharmaceutical sales. He is Co-President of the Psychology Club at IU and does amateur bodybuilding and tennis in his free time. His primary focus of research is pharmacology and innovation in neuroscience.
Maryam is a sophomore from Carmel, Indiana majoring in finance and minoring in law and public policy. Outside of IUJUR she enjoys reading, baking, and watching soccer. She is also involved with Volunteer Corps and NextGen Leadership Program.
Faizan is a junior from Carmel, Indiana studying Psychology BS on the Pre-Med Track. Outside of IUJUR, Faizan is involved in the Hutton Honors College and the Muslim Student Association. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, lifting, reading, and spending time with family.

Lily is a junior currently pursuing majors in Economics, Psychology and Mathematics. She is currently helping with research in behavioral economics and currently is a research assistant in the Nozari Language Lab. Outside of academics, she enjoys trying new foods and hiking with her dog.
Riley is an anthropology major from Beaver Dam, Kentucky. When Riley is not working with IUJUR, she loves to read, draw, and spend time with her friends!
Karin is a sophomore this year with a major in psychology and a minor in fashion design and neuroscience. Karin is from Istanbul, Turkey. In her free time, Karin likes to write, paint, and go swimming.
Alejandra is a freshman international student from Mexico. She is pursuing a degree in Biotechnology with a possible minor in Environmental Science and Health. She aspires to attend graduate school and become a researcher in the future.
